Our Complete Emotional Literacy Series helps children ages 3-8 understand that emotions are healthy and that we can each benefit from them. In each story, a child learns about one core emotion, how to recognize it, express it appropriately, and transform it to a powerful energy.

 Each title in the series includes the full-color hardcover picture book showing a child in a "real life" situation learning to recognize and express the emotion, a child's activity book and a parent/teacher guide. (Fear, Hurt, Loneliness, Anger, Hurt, Grief, Jealousy, Guilt)

 The Emotional Literacy Series includes all seven emotions, each with a hardcover picture book, activity book, and parent/teacher guide (21 books total).
